• 1. Semester Plan (2-page): send your work plan before the beginning of each semester, including a list of courses and exams you will take, and a detailed plan for a thesis proposal, research, and writing
• 2. Review Report (2-page) at the end of each semester: make a list of courses, achievements, and failures, investigate what was a problem, and formulate a strategy to improve
• 3. Only for a PHD student: A year plan for research: send your one year work plan by Jan 31st in every year, including a list of courses and exams you will take, research and conference trips, and a detailed writing and publishing plan
